Stefani Yosifova is an aspiring filmmaker based in Sofia, Bulgaria.

My artworks serve as a means to delve into, explore, and unravel the underlying reality and the sole truth behind my fascinations. By using the mediums of film and design, I interrogate our making of the world through documentary and base my works on the questions I have about the validity of identity, language, and knowledge. My intrigue with understanding the world lies in exploring the nuances of our perception and how we interpret our surroundings. My works are curious, inviting the viewer to take a step further and free their curiosity as well. The artworks I create are placed and stand within the visual realism and language of film, in hopes of making visible what is overlooked. I rely on our desire for raw beauty, poetics, and the questions of how our minds work.
